Starbed: a cosy goose-feather bed for your sweet dreams.
Pillowmania: "à la carte" pillows. A wide choice of pillows where you can find the right one for resting and relaxing.
Fitness room: suitably equipped to keep you in perfect shape.

Advantages and Benefits: free stay for a child up to 16 years, upon rooms' availability. Late check-out at 4p.m. will be confirmed upon the hotel's availability. Allocation of a Wii room is subject to the availability of these particular accommodations. In some Starhotels the restaurant service, on Saturdays and/or Sundays in certain periods of the year, may be available in the hotel's lounge bar with a simplified menu, both for adults and children.

Terms and Conditions
The 15% discount is applied only if the booking is made 7 days in advance. The 10% discount is applied only for a minimum 2 nights' stay. CITYbreaks 10% and 15% discounts are not cumulative.

Rates
Rates are "starting from" and may vary according to the hotels' availability. Rates are for 1 night, for 2 persons, in a double room and they include, apart from the above-stated benefits, VAT 10% and taxes. Citybreaks offer is valid for any day of the week. The rate is not cumulative with other promotions or other offers. Citybreaks is valid for a limited number of accommodations. Starhotels reserves the right to change or not to apply Citybreaks in specific periods of the year. The rates that appear in our reservation system online are already discounted. Full reservation amount will be charged to the credit card upon booking and considered as a guaranteed deposit.

Citybreaks rates do not allow accumulated euros to Starhotels fidelity cards' holders or fildelity programs' partners.

For the Venice hotel: City tax is not included in the rate. An extra 4,00 euro (high season) and 2,00 euro (low season) per person per night (not applicable to children under 10 years old and up to a maximum 5 day consecutive stay) will be applied starting from August 24th, 2011.
For teenagers from 10 to 16 years old a 50% off will be applied.

Cancellation Policy
Citybreaks, a 15% discount is valid if the booking is made 7 days in advance and any cancellations, changes or refunds are not possible. For any other Citybreaks reservations, cancellations are accepted without penalty if made before 4p.m. of the day prior to arrival, with the exception of Starhotels Splendid Venice that asks for a 48-hour notice. Cancellations are accepted unless stated otherwise at the moment of booking.
